Fusion Card Challenge - Eggs

Hey,

Welcome to another fun Fusion Card Challenge.

This time we have 'Eggs' for you! As always both the sketch and the inspiration image are awesome.

Which will you try?

I was aiming for a fuse, but I am not 100% convinced by my sketch interpretation... 

But I loved all the brightly coloured eggs, so I am on point with the photo!

I am a big fan of Panda's they are perfect for all genders, ages and occasions. I love this little cutie, by Wplus9 from 'Friends for all Seasons'. Isn't he adorable holding his little basket of eggs! 

The background paper is from an Easter kit I bought a couple of years ago by Lil Inker, who sadly are no longer around. I love their stuff. 

My rounded dies are by Sizzix and I think I have had them for over 10 years, they are actually way more useful than I thought they ever would be!

The sentiment is from the same set as the Panda and made me smile so I used it here.

CASology: Jumpy..

Happy Friday to you.

I am looking forward to the weekend, but think it will feel weird without Momma for the first time in nearly 3 weeks!

I decided to drown my sorrows last night by making a card for this week's CASology cue card -

The minute I saw it, I knew it was time to pull out the Clearly Besotted 'Cheering For You' set - it's now retired, so here is a photo -

I love this set!

I die-cut the white panel first and used my Simon Says Stamp Firework stencil with distress oxide ink and then stamped the sentiment. I stamped, coloured and cut my jumping cheerleader Panda and mounted her, just above the sentiment with foam tape.

Super simple card that makes me super happy.

Three Cheers!...

Hey,

So I have been spending most of my time off at my desk - tidying, organising, learning new things and finally playing with some of the enormous Black Friday haul.

I got these great Clearly Besotted Panda Cheerleaders then and they are long overdue for a play.

I chose 3 of the panda stamps and drew a line on my white panel, so I could line them up correctly. I do this a lot, it's super helpful.

I added a banner and a larger sentiment from the set.

At the last minute I decided that the dresses should be pink and used a Spectrum Noir sparkle pen to colour them and their little bows.

Very cute card..maybe too cute for me..I'll keep my eye out for other ways to use this set.
