Welcome to another fun Retro Rubber challenge.
We have a sketch for you this time, created by me!
I love a tic-tac-toe board and I gave this board to my friends on our recent playdate and we all made fun cards.

I went with the 1st vertical row die-cut, blue and stencil.
I used blue distress oxide ink through an old faithful fan stencil by Dutch Doobadoo. I've had it since 2016 and the birthday sentiment is from 2025 by Scrapbook.com
I added a little blue glittery strip to lift the sentiment off the stenciled background.
Fun card, kinda feels masculine.
