Welcome to another fun Retro Rubber challenge.This time we have a fun theme for you -
Being English, I am not a fan of rain, but I do like the imagery associated with rain - boots, umbrellas, droplets, etc
I dug the 2 Simon Says Stamp sets that I used for this card out of the archives. I have had both of them since 2015! Big Birthday Wishes and Abby's Spring Showers.
I added a pearl to her hat as fun little touch.
