Retro Rubber #24...Travel..

Hey,

So slightly hungover here post birthday celebrations...but my fuzzy mind is being cleared because it is time for another great challenge from the Retro Rubber team.

This is one of my fave themes, I have so much stash dedicated to this..

Travel!! Yay!

As you might have noticed I do a fair amount of travelling myself..

So I decided to look at travel in a different way and went with the great stamp by Art Impressions, its part of their Girlfriends range and I've had it a couple of years and love it.

But here is the thing..when I was looking for a link for it, it would appear that my stamp is completely different to the one I can find online!! If anyone can tell me why (because I have not a clue) then I will send you a little happy mail :)

So back to my card...It makes me think that this will be me in my old age with my girls..on a beach.

The sentiment is by Unity Stamp Co. and I thought it fit the image perfectly. I coloured the image with a mix of distress inks and an aquabrush and Promarkers.

Now over to you, to show us your fab travel projects, first pop over to Retro Rubber and check out the fabulous creations by my awesome teammates.

Challenge ends on October 9th and don't forget to use a stamp older than a year and tell us about it.

I did notice that your stamp is different from the one that I've got... there are four women on mine and other slight differences... but sorry I've no idea why!! would love to know though.
Hope you have a nice day!
    Big hugs, Sue B xx

  3. Claire, this will be me and my sisters sometime in the future (you will have to visualize Debbie slightly different attire (LOL). There is nothing quite like "girl time". Love your sense of humor.. am looking forward to seeing other "travel" related items from your stash.... :)
